1. Acceptance of these terms

By creating an account, purchasing a subscription, or otherwise using Eukino, you agree to these Terms of Use and the Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, do not use the service.

2. The Eukino service

Eukino provides software tools related to fitness, wellness, habits, workouts, nutrition planning, and progress tracking. Features may include personalized recommendations, generated plans, adaptive tools, logging, and subscription-only functionality.

3. Not medical advice

Eukino is not a medical service and does not provide medical diagnosis, treatment, emergency care, or professional medical advice. Information and recommendations provided through Eukino are for general wellness and planning purposes only.

You are responsible for deciding whether workouts, nutrition plans, calorie targets, habits, or other recommendations are appropriate for you. If you have a medical condition, injury, pregnancy, eating-disorder history, medication concern, or other circumstance that may affect exercise or nutrition, seek advice from an appropriately qualified healthcare professional before relying on the service. Do not use Eukino for emergencies.

4. User accounts

You are responsible for providing accurate account information, maintaining the confidentiality of your credentials, and activity performed through your account. You must not share access in a way that compromises the security or integrity of the service.

5. Personalization and generated recommendations

Eukino recommendations depend on the information you provide and on software-generated logic. Inaccurate, incomplete, outdated, or unusual inputs may produce recommendations that are unsuitable or inaccurate. Results are not guaranteed and should be reviewed with appropriate judgment.

6. Free and paid features

Eukino may offer both free and paid features. The features included in each plan may change as the service develops. Material changes to an active paid subscription will be handled in accordance with applicable law.

7. Eukino+ subscriptions and billing

Eukino+ subscriptions are billed through Stripe at the price and billing interval shown at checkout. Unless stated otherwise, subscriptions renew automatically until cancelled. You authorize the applicable recurring charge when you subscribe.

You can manage or cancel an active subscription through the subscription-management tools made available in Eukino. Where cancellation is scheduled for the end of the current billing period, premium access continues until that period ends. Statutory consumer rights, including any rights that cannot legally be waived, remain unaffected.

8. Refunds

Refund requests are handled in accordance with applicable law and the circumstances of the transaction. Nothing in these Terms limits mandatory consumer rights that may apply in your country.

9. Acceptable use

You may not misuse Eukino, attempt to gain unauthorized access, probe or circumvent security controls, interfere with the service, use automated methods in a way that harms or overloads the service, copy or exploit protected portions of the service beyond what is permitted by law, or use Eukino for unlawful purposes.

10. Intellectual property

The Eukino name, branding, software, interface, design, original content, and related materials are protected by applicable intellectual-property laws. These Terms give you a limited, personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable right to use the service for its intended purpose; they do not transfer ownership of Eukino intellectual property to you.

11. User-provided information

You retain rights you have in information you provide to Eukino. You grant Eukino the limited rights necessary to host, process, store, and use that information to provide, secure, and improve the service as described in the Privacy Policy.

12. Third-party services

Eukino relies on third-party providers for functions such as hosting, authentication, payments, email, and security. Their services may be subject to separate terms and may be temporarily unavailable. Eukino is not responsible for third-party services beyond the extent required by applicable law.

13. Availability and changes

We may update, improve, replace, suspend, or discontinue features as Eukino develops. We do not guarantee uninterrupted, error-free, or permanently available service, although we aim to maintain reliable access.

14. Suspension or termination

We may restrict or suspend access where reasonably necessary to protect users, the service, payment systems, security, or legal compliance, including in cases of serious misuse, fraud, unauthorized access attempts, or violation of these Terms.

15. Disclaimers

To the extent permitted by law, Eukino is provided on an “as available” basis without a guarantee that recommendations will produce a particular fitness, weight, nutrition, health, or lifestyle outcome. Individual results vary.

16. Limitation of liability

To the extent permitted by applicable law, Eukino and its operators are not liable for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential losses arising from use of or inability to use the service. Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits liability where doing so would be prohibited by applicable law.

17. Changes to these terms

We may update these Terms as the service changes. The current version will be posted on this page with an updated date. Where required by law, we will provide additional notice before material changes take effect.
